Guests can begin with a rich Lobster Bisque or a bright Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad with candied walnuts and balsamic. Vegetarians can enjoy the refined Beetroot Kebab with Avocado Crema. The Salmon Fillet brings classic European elegance with a delicate beurre blanc.
Festive favourites include the Turkey Roulade with chestnut stuffing and cranberry jus, and the bold Taar Gosht Lamb Chops marinated in Kashmiri spices. For dessert, indulge in the golden Sticky Toffee Pudding or the traditional Plum Cake filled with warm spices and dried fruits.
The festive spirit extends to a curated beverage menu of spirited and non-alcoholic creations. Enjoy the crisp Mistletoe or the warming Pumpkin Spice Whiskey, while the floral Midnight Bloom offers a soothing zero-proof option. And for traditionalists, Mulled Wine infused with cinnamon, clove, and orange peel captures the classic taste of Christmas.
